  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

  • Used or worn watches cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customers can exchange for another color or model.

  • Shipping cost for the exchange is covered by the customer.

  • If there’s a price difference, the customer will need to pay the difference.

  • Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for purchase.
